As a former freelance and permanent candidate myself, I know how frustrating it is when you get a call from a recruiter you’ve never spoken to in your life pretending to be your best friend and worst of all, calling you a ‘digital guru.’ It was actually those words that drove me towards recruitment in the first place because I knew there must be similar candidates to me who are looking for an honest, reliable consultant to ‘consult’. I wanted a recruiter to be an expert in the industry I worked in and truly advise me on what my next move should or shouldn’t be. This is my career after all and not to be taken lightly. Even more than my experience, I wanted my consultant to MatchMe to the right culture and team fit of the company.
Taking my experience as a candidate, I hope to be able to deliver the service I expected for myself. This is why I created MatchMe Recruitment. I want to provide the best service for you and the only way I can achieve this is by creating the best service for me.
